PRODUCT SYNC

Sync products from a publicly published Google Sheet. The sheet will be compared to the current catalog — new rows are added, changed rows are updated, and rows removed from the sheet are deleted.

How to set up your sheet

  1. Create a Google Sheet with these columns in row 1:
name, category, description, price, image_url, featured, in_stock

Valid categories: tattoo_machines, tattoo_needles, machine_parts, disposable_grips, tattoo_inks, clip_cords, piercing_jewelry, medical_supplies, shop_supplies

  1. Go to File → Share → Publish to web
  2. Choose Comma-separated values (.csv)
  3. Click Publish and copy the URL
  4. Paste it below and click Sync

Automatic Daily Sync

A scheduled automation runs this sync every day automatically. To change the sheet URL for automated runs, set the SHEET_CSV_URL environment variable in your app's dashboard settings.
